CHARACTERISTIC OF GOOD MEAT


  1. It was red FRESH BEEF, FINE fiber, fat YELLOW, ELASTIC HARD flesh.(fOR BEEF)
  2. OLD BUFFALO MEAT red in color, fiber ROUGH, HARD AND YELLOW fat. (FOR BUFFALO MEAT)
  3. GOAT MEAT color pink, fiber SMOOTH, HARD AND COLOR WHITE fat, the meat smelled HARDER THAN BEEF. (FOR GOAT MEAT)
